Shield construction

This construction method is often used for relatively large and long tunnel construction.
Tunnels are drilled while digging a steel excavator called shield machines underground, and assembling concrete and steel blocks called segments are assembled behind to create tunnel walls. If this is the case, the surface is bumpy, so the inside may be rounded with concrete. A shaft is required to carry in shield machines and removal of earth and sand.

Promotion work

Excavation is made by a digging machine that digs from the starting shaft, connecting a propulsion pipe behind the digging machine, and pushing the propulsion pipe into the ground with a jack.
A shaft is required for bringing in a digging machine and removing earth and sand.

Construction of rainwater regulating pond (construction work of Tachibananooka multipurpose rainwater regulating pond construction work (part 9))

We carry out rainwater regulating pond construction work to temporarily store rainwater and reduce inundation damage.
Excavation of earth and sand, install a concrete box-shaped structure (precast block), and then backfilling.

Construction of water treatment facilities

A large-scale concrete structure will be built to build sewage facilities.
Many types of work are required, such as earth retaining work, excavation work, reinforcing bars, formwork, and concrete work, and the construction period is also long.
Even after the structure is completed, equipment work will be carried out to install machines that treat sewage and construction work to build buildings on the ground (management buildings, etc.) will be performed.

Anticorrosion work

Hydrogen sulfide is generated in a closed sewage treatment facility, and the concrete of the facility is gradually corroded.
In order to prevent corrosion, the concrete surface is coated with acid-resistant materials.
In existing facilities where corrosion has already progressed, the corroded concrete is cut, repaired with mortar, and then coated with corrosion-proof material.

Pipe rehabilitation work

We make new pipe in old sewer pipe and plan improvement of pipe and earthquake resistance.
It may be carried out at night when the amount of sewage is low.
