Yokohama Environment as seen in Photographs

Yokohama City will continue to work together with you in order to pass on a better environment for the next generation. Therefore, in order to learn about the environment of Yokohama in the past and present Yokohama and the history of pollution countermeasures against pollution through photos, and to have them as an opportunity to think about the future environment, and a photo exhibition was held in 2018 Did.

Through "photos", the event was held for the purpose of motivating citizens to environmental actions, and to have them acquire knowledge of the environment in general, such as pollution and the history of its efforts, and to understand the current situation.

We exhibited photograph which there was application from citizen, company and photograph of city holding together.
We also exhibited materials such as changes graphs of air pollution and water pollution in Yokohama City and chronological tables on the environment.
