■Calculation of compensation for buildings, etc. and land prices
We calculate the amount of compensation such as land prices and relocation costs such as buildings according to the "Loss Compensation Standards Regulations for Public Land Acquisition of Public Land in Yokohama City".

■Presentation of compensation amount and explanation for the contract
We will present the amount of compensation individually to those who own the business site or building and explain it.

■Conclusion of contract
Once the consultation is completed and consent, we will conclude an individual contract with the right holder. At this time, the landowner will be required to submit the necessary documents for registration of ownership transfer.

■Registration of peninsula
When it is necessary to register a separate pen on a business site that will be relocated to Yokohama City, the landowner will receive the necessary documents for the registration of the pen and register in Yokohama City.

■Registration of Transfer of Ownership
We perform ownership transfer registration in Yokohama-shi with documents necessary for registration of ownership transfer that we had at the time of contract.

■Payment of compensation for buildings, etc.
Regarding compensation for buildings, etc., 80% will be paid after the conclusion of the contract, and 20% will be paid after the completion of the relocation is confirmed.

■Payment of land trading value
Regarding the land trading value, we will pay the full amount after the registration of ownership transfer.
