■Description of land compensation
We will give a general explanation of the contents of land compensation to the right holders such as land in the business area and the owners of the property.
■Survey of land, buildings, etc.
In order to calculate the amount of compensation, we will investigate the shape and area of the land, the type and quantity of buildings, etc., and the relationship of rights. In addition, at the time of the survey, we ask those who own land, buildings, etc. to be present.
■Calculation of compensation for buildings, etc. and calculation of land prices
Calculate the amount of compensation, such as land prices and relocation costs for buildings, etc., according to the "Rules for Loss Compensation for Acquisition of Public Land in Yokohama City".
■Presentation of compensation amount and explanation for contract
We will present and explain the amount of compensation individually to those who own business sites or buildings.
■Conclusion of contract
Once the consultation is completed and agreed, we will conclude a contract individually with the right holder. At this time, the landowner will also have the necessary documents for registration of ownership transfer.
■Registration of pens
If it is necessary to register a pen on the business site to relocate to Yokohama City, the landowner will provide the necessary documents for the pen registration and register in Yokohama City.
■Registration of transfer of ownership
In the documents required for registration of ownership transfer received at the time of contract, the ownership transfer registration will be performed in Yokohama City.
■Payment of compensation for buildings, etc.
Regarding compensation for buildings, etc., 80% of the amount will be paid after the contract is concluded, and 20% will be paid after the completion of the relocation is confirmed.
■Payment of land purchase price
Regarding the land purchase price, we will pay the full amount after the registration of ownership transfer is completed.
