Order method for courses for the general public
■Delivery area
As a general rule, the scope of delivery shall be in the city.
■Targets
Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, offices, etc.
■How to use it
To apply, please fill out the application form and apply by e-mail or fax.
In addition, due to the schedule of the staff who will be the instructor, it may not be possible to meet your wishes such as the date and time of the event. Thank you for your understanding.
■Please ask me
- It may take some time to create the materials, so please apply at least one month before the desired course date.
- The person in charge will adjust the specific contents such as date and time, lecture theme, lecture time, etc.
- Organizers are responsible for arranging venues, providing information on events to participants, preparing the venue, moderator, cleaning up, etc.
- The lecture fee for dispatch lecture/off site lecture and transportation for the lecturer are free. However, the venue fee etc. must be borne by the applicant.
- Regarding the tour, the applicant should pay the transportation expenses to the place where you gather.
- For site tours, we will adjust the location, date and time according to the process.
- Courses may not be accepted for the desired date and time or the content of the request is for profit purposes.
