About suggestion of civic collaboration business

With citizen collaboration regulations being enforced, citizens came to be able to propose citizen collaboration business to Yokohama-shi.

Citizens who are going to perform civic collaboration business can propose citizen collaboration business to city.
When proposal of the preceding paragraph was made, 2 mayors shall examine the proposal promptly, determine the necessity of adoption, and notify the proposer with a reason. In this case, the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis.

When proposing a citizen collaboration project, it is necessary to follow the steps shown in the flow diagram below.
It is necessary to proceed with "collaboration" after coordinating with the business jurisdiction section, etc., rather than bringing in documents suddenly.

1 Consultation with Business Administration Division	If you come up with a business proposal, first contact the person in charge of the responsible section and consult with you. Talking and combining each other's ideas to create a business is exactly "collaboration."
2 Preparation and submission of documents required for business proposals	After consultation and the outline of the business is solidified, let's create proposal documents. Once the proposal has been prepared, submit the documents. After that, the responsible section will check the contents of the documents.
3 Presentations on the proposed business	The competent section conducts presentations and discussion meetings on the proposed civic collaboration project, and obtains judgment materials on whether or not to receive the proposal.
4 Necessity of Business Proposals	The competent department will determine the necessity of hiring based on the comprehensive required documents and presentation content. We will notify you in writing about the necessity of hiring.
