About collaboration agreement

With the enforcement of the Yokohama City Citizen Collaboration Ordinance, a method of promoting business in collaboration using a new collaboration contract has been added.

Yokohama City Citizen Collaboration Ordinance, Article 12
When city performs civic collaboration business by choice of Article 9 Clause 1 or decision of Article 10 Clause 2, except simple thing to establish in rule, citizen and citizen performing the civic collaboration business concerned except simple thing to establish in rule A contract for collaboration business (hereinafter referred to as "collaboration contract") shall be concluded.
(2) The collaborative contract set forth in the preceding paragraph shall determine the purpose of the business, the way of proceeding with the business, the division of roles, expenses and responsibilities, and other matters specified by rules.

1. The division of roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
2. The results and copyrights belong to both the contract.
3. As a result of the review of the provisions, the contract has become more specialized in collaboration.

By concluding a collaborative contract, it is possible to promote collaboration on an equal footing than before.

There are four types of collaborative contracts: "consignment type", "contribution mold", "subsidy type", and "co-sponsored".
