- (Intent)
- Article 1 These rules apply to the Yokohama City Citizens' Activities Promotion Ordinance (March 2000, Yokohama City Ordinance No. 26). Hereinafter, it is referred to as "regulations". ) Necessary matters concerning the enforcement of
- (Definition)
- Article 2 The meaning of the terms in this Regulation shall be based on the example of the ordinance.
- (Documents to be submitted)
- Documents to establish by rule to prescribe in Article 3 regulations Article 12 Clause 1 are as follows.

(A) When receiving a grant

- (2) When using facilities preferentially

(b) Documents describing the plan of the business to be conducted with priority use of the facility and the income and expenditure budget of the business

2 Documents specified by the rules prescribed in Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance shall describe the results of the business performed with the grant and the income and expenditure calculation of the business in the case of receiving the grant if the facility is used preferentially, it shall be a document that describes the results of the business conducted using the facility preferentially and the balance calculation of the business.
- (Review of documents)

- (Chairperson)

- 2. The committee cannot hold a meeting without the presence of a majority of the members.
- 3 The proceedings of the committee shall be decided by a majority of the members present, and in the event of a tie, the decision of the chair shall be made.
- (Hearing opinions of related parties, etc.)
- Article 7 When the chairperson finds it necessary in the committee, he / she may ask for the attendance of the relevant parties to listen to their opinions or explanations, or request the submission of materials from the related parties.
- (General affairs)
- General affairs of the Committee shall be handled by the Civic Affairs Bureau.
- (Management of the Committee)
- Article 9 In addition to what is provided for in these Rules, necessary matters concerning the operation of the Committee shall be determined by the Chair in consultation with the Committee.
- (Delegation)
- Article 10 Necessary matters concerning the enforcement of these rules shall be determined by the Director of Citizens' Bureau.
- Supplementary Provisions
- (Effective Date)
- 1 This Regulation shall come into effect on July 1, 2000.
- (Transitional measures)
- 2 The meeting of the first committee after the enforcement of this rule shall be convened by the mayor.
- Supplementary Provisions
- 1 This Regulation shall come into effect on April 1, 2004.
- Supplementary Provisions
- 1 This Regulation shall come into effect on April 1, 2005.
- Supplementary Provisions
- 1 This Regulation shall come into effect on April 1, 2006.
- Supplementary Provisions
- 1 These Rules shall come into effect on April 1, 2010.
