Yokohama City Citizenship Promotion Ordinance Enforcement Regulations

(Purpose)
Article 1 These rules are based on the Yokohama City Citizens' Activities Promotion Ordinance (March 2000 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 26). Hereinafter referred to as “Ordinance”. ) Necessary matters concerning the enforcement of) shall be determined.
(Definition)
Article 2 The meaning of the terms in this Regulation shall be based on the example of the ordinance.
(Documents to be submitted)
Documents to establish by rule to prescribe in Article 3 regulations Article 12 Clause 1 shall be as follows.

(b) Documents describing the plan of the project to be conducted using the facility preferentially and the budget for the project

(c) Documents listed in the preceding item a (c) to (e)


(B) When used


Copy of documents describing the priority use of the facility (describes the reason for the decision)


(2) The documents specified by the rules prescribed in Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance shall describe the results of the business conducted with the grant of the subsidy and the calculation of the income and expenditure of the business in the case of using the facility preferentially, the document shall be described as a document stating the results of the business in which the facility was used preferentially and the calculation of the income and expenditure of the business.

(Chairperson)
We place chairperson in Yokohama-shi citizen activity promotion committee (hereinafter referred to as "committee") of Article 5 regulations Article 13, Clause 1.
2. The chairperson shall be determined by mutual election of the members.
3. The chairperson shall represent the committee and shall preside over the duties of the committee.
4 If the chairperson has an accident or the chairperson is missing, a person appointed by the chairperson in advance shall represent the duties.
(Committee Meetings)
Article 6 The meeting of the committee shall be convened by the chair, and chaired by the chair.
2. The Commission cannot hold a meeting unless a majority of the members are present.
3. The proceedings of the committee shall be decided by a majority of the members present, and if there is a tie, the decision of the chair shall be made.
(Hearing the opinions of related parties, etc.)

(General affairs)
Article 8 General affairs of the Committee shall be handled by the Civic Affairs Bureau.
(Operation of the Committee)
Article 9 In addition to what is provided for in these Rules, necessary matters concerning the operation of the Committee shall be determined by the Chair in consultation with the Committee.
(Delegation)
Article 10 Necessary matters concerning the enforcement of this rule shall be determined by the Director of Civil Affairs.
Supplementary Provisions
(Effective Date)
1 These Rules shall come into effect as of July 1, 2000.
(Transitional Measures)
2. The first committee meeting after the enforcement of this rule shall be convened by the mayor.

1 These Rules shall come into effect as of April 1, 2004.
Supplementary Provisions
1 These Rules shall come into effect as of April 1, 2005.
Supplementary Provisions
1 These Rules shall come into effect as of April 1, 2006.
Supplementary Provisions
1 These Rules shall come into effect as of April 1, 2010.
