Procedures for electronic application and notification system
Applications and notifications for non-profit corporations can be electronically applied and reported via the Internet.
There are three types of procedures that can be used.
Before using the electronic application / notification system, please perform user registration in advance from the "New Registration" button at the top right of the electronic application / notification system home (outside site) screen. When registering as a user, please register as a business, not an individual.
- Submission of business reports, etc.
- Notification of Changes in Officers
- Notification of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
[If the submitted documents need to be modified]
After confirming the submitted documents, we may request a correction.
When you receive an e-mail such as a request for correction, please check the status of the application from "Notice of Application Status" on My Page of the Electronic Application and Notification System. After confirming and correcting the items in the "Reason for Refund" column, please reapply from the "Apply" button.
※If you submit it from the "List of Procedures that can be applied", it will be a new notification.
Be sure to reapply from "Notice of Application Status" on My Page.
(Resubmission from a new notification can be accepted, but you may be asked to withdraw the original report.)
※Please note that the electronic application and notification system will no longer be available during maintenance.

※If there are newly appointed officers and who need to submit a document certifying the Address or whereabouts of each officer is required to submit an electronic application and notification system.
It is not possible to use it. Please submit it by mail.
※If you include kanji that cannot be printed with your name, please submit it by mail.
