10 About the electronic application and notification system for procedures of NPO corporations

Procedures by electronic application and notification system
Electronic application and notification procedures for non-profit corporations can be made via the Internet. .
The following three types of procedures can be used.
When using the electronic application / notification system, please register in advance from the "New Registration" button at the top right of the electronic application / notification system home (outside site) screen. In addition, when performing user registration, please register as a business, not an individual.
- Submission of Business Reports, etc.
- Notification of changes in officers, etc.
- Notification of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
[If the submitted documents need to be modified]
After confirming the submitted documents, we may ask you to make corrections.
When you receive an e-mail such as a request for correction, please check the status of the application from the "Notice of Application Status" on the My Page of the electronic application and notification system. After confirming and correcting the items in the "Reason for Refund" column, please reapply from the "Apply" button.
※If you submit from the "List of procedures that can be applied", it will be a new notification.
Please be sure to reapply from the "Notice of Application Status" on My Page.
(Resubmission from a new notification can be accepted, but we may ask you to withdraw the original notification.)
※Please note that the electronic application and notification system will not be available during maintenance.

You can't use it. Please submit by mail or other means.
※If kanji that cannot be printed by name is included, please submit by mail.
