  • Regarding the establishment certification application of an NPO that has an office only in Yokohama City, Yokohama City will be the submission destination of the application documents.

  • Yokohama City properly handles personal information related to the establishment certification of corporations based on the "Ordinance on the Protection of Yokohama City Personal Information (Ordinance No. 2 of 2000)".

※After application, we offer the next application documents for inspection in Yokohama-shi (Yokohama-shi citizen collaboration promotion center) and announce on Yokohama-shi homepage. (Inspection period: 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the application documents; publication period: from the date of receipt of the application documents to the decision on certification or non-certification)

[Reference] About amendment of documents during inspection period

Within one week from the date on which Yokohama City receives the application documents, only minor contents (objectively obvious errors, typographical errors, typographical errors, or omissions that do not affect the identity of the contents) Can be corrected.
