Documents required for establishment certification
- Regarding the establishment certification application of an NPO that has an office only in Yokohama City, Yokohama City will be the submission destination of the application documents.
- Please refer to the following page for the flow of the establishment certification application and the request for application. (Those who are considering applying for establishment certification)
- The documents required for the establishment certification are as follows.
- There is no fixed form for documents other than 1 of the submitted documents. Here is an example of the format for your reference.

- Yokohama City properly handles personal information related to the establishment certification of corporations based on the "Ordinance on the Protection of Yokohama City Personal Information (Ordinance No. 2 of 2000)".
※After application, we offer the next application documents for inspection in Yokohama-shi (Yokohama-shi citizen collaboration promotion center) and announce on Yokohama-shi homepage. (Inspection period: 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the application documents; publication period: from the date of receipt of the application documents to the decision on certification or non-certification)

[Reference] About amendment of documents during inspection period
Within one week from the date on which Yokohama City receives the application documents, only minor contents (objectively obvious errors, typographical errors, typographical errors, or omissions that do not affect the identity of the contents) Can be corrected. The documents required for the amendment are as follows.
