Documents required for application for certification of establishment
- About application for establishment certification of NPO corporation having office only in Yokohama-shi, Yokohama-shi becomes presentation destination of application documents.
- Please refer to the next page for the flow of the application for establishment certification and requests for application. (For those who are considering applying for establishment certification)
- The documents required to apply for certification are as follows.
- There is no fixed format for documents other than 1 of the submitted documents. Here is an example of the format for your reference.

- Yokohama City properly handles personal information related to the certification of the establishment of corporations based on the "Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Ordinance (2000 Ordinance No. 2)".
※After application, we offer the next application documents for inspection in Yokohama-shi (Yokohama-shi citizen collaboration promotion center) and announce on Yokohama-shi homepage. (Inspection period: 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the application documents, publication period: from the date of receipt of the application documents to the determination of certification or non-certification)

[Reference] Correction of documents during the inspection period
Within one week from the date when Yokohama City receives the application documents, only minor contents (objectively obvious typographical errors, typographical errors or omissions that do not affect the identity of the contents) Can be corrected. The documents required for amendment are as follows.
※"2 Correction Documents" requires the number of copies submitted at the time of application.
