Thinking about smoking cessation

May 31 is World No Tobacco Day. This is the World Action Day "Aiming for a 21st Century Tobacco" set by WHO (World Health Organization) participating countries. In Japan, one week from World No Tobacco Day (May 31-June 6) is designated as "Non-smoking Week" to raise awareness of smoking cessation. Tobacco smoke affects not only the person who smokes, but also the people around him. Introducing tobacco-related materials, such as health damage caused by smoking and smoking cessation know-how learned from predecessors.
