[Finished] Announcement of the 35th Anniversary Event of the Sakae Library

The Sakae Library opened on March 14, 1989, and held an event to commemorate the 35th anniversary of its opening in Reiwa 6 (2024).

• Lecture on the importance of peace "Thinking about life, mind, and peace through picture-story shows"
• Special exhibition "Pop Exhibition of Books for Everyone"
• Special exhibition "Ayumi of Sakae Library 35 Years"
• Special talk session commemorating the 35th anniversary of the museum's opening

What is "real peace"? We had you perform actual experience, five picture-story shows of real name.
There was an application over the capacity, and together with 36 people who participated on the day, we thought about the importance of peace.

Date and time: From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 17, 2024 (opens at 1:30 pm)
Venue: SAKAESTA 3rd floor multi-purpose hall
Target: Elementary school students and above
Capacity: 40 people
Lecturer: Naomi Moriuchi (presentative of the Picture-story Show Association that Connects Hearts)
Performance: "The Wish of Sadako, a child of the atomic bomb" (Fumie Miyazaki / Screenwriter Junji Eguchi / Eguchi / Enansha) and others

We wrote the title, author, and recommended comments on the flower and put them on the tree of the book.
On the last day, a lot of flowers bloomed and dead trees were in full bloom.

We introduced what happened since the Sakae Library opened with photos.

We read picture books born in the same year as Sakae Library and picture books celebrating an anniversary.
The last large picture book I read was more and more concentrated and enjoyed the story world.

Target: From about 4 years old
Venue: Picture book corner on the first floor
