Announcement of the 35th Anniversary Event of Izumi Library

The Yokohama Izumi Library, which opened on February 22, 1989, celebrates its 35th anniversary this year.

This is an original picture-story show featuring folk tales and traditions from around Izumi Ward.
・Date and time Sunday, November 19, 2:00 pm to 3:00 p.m.
・Venue Picture Book Corner on the 1st floor of Izumi Library
・No application is required. Anyone can come directly to the venue.
・Performances "Juro Gen Juro to Yajuro", "Iori and Oyama", "Junrezaka", "Father or Mother Kao" (The program is subject to change.)
・Mouth performance Izumi picture-story show

Origami, a traditional Japanese culture known all over the world. We will guide you through the deep world with basic folding practices.

・Please apply for each application. From 9:30 am on the application start date, we will accept by phone or library counter.　
・Capacity: 20 people each time (first come, first served)

Three groups formed from the Storytelling Course held in Izumi Library and have supported Izumi Library's Storytelling Association. We hold "Ohanashi-kai" for adults in relay format. You can enjoy plenty of "Talking"!
