Please refer to the “Property Tax / City Planning Tax (Land / House) Tax Payment Notice” sent to you at the beginning of April every year.

• The "Location / lot number" column is displayed as "lot number", so it is different from "Address" in the house display.
• The "Taxable area" column shows the area of the taxable land, so it may differ from the land area in the land registry.
• The “floor area” column may differ from the exclusive area such as the building registry, such as in the case of a co-owned house (condominium, etc.).
• In the event of damage due to a disaster such as an earthquake or fire, tax exemption measures may be taken to reduce the tax burden depending on the situation.
