　If it is difficult to file a tax return by the deadline (Tuesday, March 15, 2022) due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection, the filing will be accepted until Friday, April 15th. In that case, please write "Application for extension of the filing deadline due to COVID-19" in red in the upper right margin of the declaration form.
