About conduct of residence survey in Izumi-cho third district of Izumi-ku

In Izumi-cho third district of Izumi-cho, Izumi-ku, we are planning to display houses in the fall of 2014.
Along with this, we will conduct a residence survey to set up a new Address, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

• Information leaflets will be distributed to those who are subject to the survey (including companies).
• Information handbill (PDF: 381KB)

• The survey period is from mid-April 2014 to autumn 2014.
• Investigator of Japan Urban Development Co., Ltd., which Yokohama City commissioned the survey, will visit you.
  (Investigators wear armbands and carries identification cards issued by Yokohama City.)
• We will not conduct a survey by phone.
• Personal information will be properly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than the indication of the house.

• Checking the shape of the house and the location of the entrance
• Confirmation of the name of the person who needs to issue a Address change certificate
• Presence or absence of offices
• Investigation and installation of block display boards
