Eligibility
As of April 1, 2025, those who are 18 years old or older and fall under any of the following
1 Those who have the appointment qualification of a social welfare manager
2 Those who have experience in social welfare services
3 In addition, those equivalent to 1 or 2
※However, those who have a vehicles driver's license (AT limited) (those who can drive a regular passenger car) will be given priority.
Business description
1 Field survey work on child abuse (telephone response, home visit, response to children and parents, etc.)
2. Coordination with related organizations, etc.
3 Record preparation and report of telephone correspondence using personal computers, home visits, etc.
4 In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work only during working hours)
Working conditions
1 Working days, working hours, etc.
Rotation work within 120 hours throughout 4 weeks
(1) Day shift: From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and New Year's holidays (12/29-1/3) (1 hour break)
Number of work hours: About 3 times a month (increase during Golden Week and New Year holidays)
(2) Night shift: Every day, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am the next day (3 hours of break)
Number of work hours: About 6 to 8 times a month
(3) Business Liaison Committee: Weekdays, about 3 hours / twice a month
2 Compensation: 265,100 yen per month (actual amount for FY2024). Rewards may change during the appointment period. )
3 Allowances, etc.: End-of-term / diligence allowance (paid according to Motoichi standards), commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses * upper limit)
4 Social insurance, etc.: Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
5 Holiday: Annual leave (16 days in the first year), sick leave, anniversary leave, summer leave, nursing care leave, etc.
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
