Measures for small schools: Akuwa Elementary School (Seya Ward) and Izumino Elementary School (Izumi Ward)

The Akuwa Elementary School / Izumino Elementary School commuting area and School Scale Optimization Study Group, which was established in October 2020, was held five times, and the written opinion compiled by the subcommittee was held in June 2022. Thank you very much for your feedback during the study session. In addition, based on the submitted statement of opinion, the integration of Akuwa Elementary School and Izumino Elementary School on April 1, 2024 was decided (Ordinance to revise a part of the Yokohama City School Ordinance December 2022 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 49).
