Plan to extend the life of school facilities (school conservation)
Last Updated August 15, 2018
As school facilities are aging, it is necessary to keep school facilities healthy at all times to ensure the safety and security of children.
To that end, it is important to maintain and renew systematically and efficiently in a difficult financial situation.
Therefore, City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat considers the maintenance and improvement of the educational environment for elementary school student students.
Based on the principle of extending the service life, taking into account cost reduction and leveling and improving the quality of the educational environment.
In March 2018, we formulated the "Life Extension Plan for School Facilities (School conservation Renewal Plan)" with the aim of properly renovating and rebuilding.
※This plan is positioned as an individual facility plan for school facilities based on the Yokohama City Public Facilities Management Basic Policy (developed in March 2015).
