Inspection and evaluation of the Board of Education

Based on Article 26 of the "Law Concerning Organization and Operation of Local Education Administration", each Board of Education checks and evaluates the status of management and execution of educational administration affairs every year, and submits a report on the results to Congress. It is supposed to be announced.
We will check and evaluate the results for fiscal 2022 and summarize them in the report as follows.

Article 26 The Board of Education shall, every year, carry out affairs belonging to its authority (offices delegated to the superintendent of education pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article and other affairs under the authority of the superintendent of education (Including the affairs delegated to staff, etc.)), and prepare a report on the results, submit it to Congress, and publish it. .
2. In conducting the inspection and evaluation set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Board of Education shall utilize the knowledge of those who have academic experience in education.
