Yokohama Educational Practice Volunteer
Only students who want to become teachers can use it. (Students at universities, graduate schools, junior colleges, and vocational schools)

Characteristics of Yokohama Educational Practice Volunteers
(1)You can check the "nearest station", "date and time", "activity details", etc. on the web, so you can select activities that suit your own convenience.
(2)There are also short-term activities such as "out-of-school learning", "accommodation events", and "summer vacation study meeting", so it is easy to use even for busy people.
(3)School information is available all year round. After the application and registration are completed, we will introduce your desired municipal school within about one week.
(4)Volunteer insurance will be purchased in Yokohama City.
(5)At the end of the activity, you will receive an "Execution Record".

Procedure
(1)Look at school information
(2)Registration procedures at the university's volunteer counter (no belongings required)
(3)To apply
(4)The Board of Education will receive a notice from the Board of Education by e-mail
(5)Interviews and meetings with the principal of the decided school
(6)To be implemented

※Within about one week after registration at the university and completing your own application, we will introduce your desired school.
※If you have completed your application, you will not be able to introduce it if you have completed your application, you will not be able to introduce it.
※You can either register at the university or your own application first.
※If you register at the university only once, it will be valid while you are enrolled. You can apply as many times as you like when you want to work.

2.Registration procedures on campus
If you find your favorite activity, please register at the volunteer office on campus to register.
Once you complete the registration procedure, you will be valid while attending school and you can apply as many times as you want.
You do not need to register for the second and subsequent applications while you are in school.

*As a general rule, transportation expenses from home to the host school are paid by yourself. Please check the school information carefully, as there are other things that require expenses such as food expenses.
*Volunteer insurance is provided at the host school. (You do not need to join by yourself.)
*It is forbidden to disclose information obtained through activities to the outside or to keep in touch with elementary school student students.

(2)Received e-mail from the Board of Education
If you have completed your registration on campus, you will receive an e-mail from the Board of Education within about one week to introduce your school.
*You can apply before registering at the university, but you will not receive an email introducing the school you plan to accept by the time the registration is completed.

(3)Confirmation of interview date
Please contact the school you plan to accept and confirm the interview date. During the interview, we will discuss details such as the date and time of the activity.
If approved,
1. Please fill out the “Consent Form” prepared by the host school.
2. The "Activity Report" form will be distributed, so please fill out the form and submit it to the host school and university after the completion of all activity schedules.

(4)Started activities
Comply with the following items.
1. We will strive to dress and act appropriate for the educational setting.
2. We will adhere to the rules of the host school and act according to the instructions of faculty and staff.
3. We will not disclose information obtained through our activities to the outside or keep in touch with elementary school student students.
4. During the activity, we will not slander or put elementary school student students.
5. Priority will be given to the schedule of the activity. If there is a day when you cannot participate, please consult with the host school in advance.
6. We will work responsibly until the end. If you are unable to continue your activities, please consult with your host school.
*If there is a consultation from the host school regarding extension of the period, please make a decision at your own discretion.

(5)At the end of all activity schedules
Please copy two copies of the "Activity Report" and submit it to the person in charge of the host school and university.
A "Implementation Record" will be issued by the host school.

2. Application procedure

(2)Confirm "Content Details" and click "Next" at the bottom of the screen.

(5)Check "Confirm application details" for errors and click "Apply".
(6)If "Apply completed" is displayed, it will end.
