- Those who have a crisis management awareness, can seriously face difficulties, and promote school management that can adapt to changes.

You may be hired on behalf of the principal.
The assigned school type is determined by comprehensively judging the intentions, aptitude, experience and abilities of successful applicants.

Eligibility
Those who meet all the requirements of the following items
- Those with Japanese nationality
- Those born between April 2, 1965 and April 1, 1979
- A person who has at least 3 years of organization or management management experience as a manager and has achieved a track record.
- Those who do not fall under any of the disqualifications stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act and Article 9 of the School Education Act
- Those who are not regular faculty and staff (including supervisors of Board of Education Secretariat) of national public schools (elementary, middle, compulsory education, special support, high school) as of April 1, 2023

Selection method
- Primary selection (document selection)

Results of selection

- In principle, the final passer will be hired as Deputy Principal of Yokohama City Public School on April 1, 2024.
After conducting training as Deputy Principal, we will recruit as Yokohama City Public School Principal or Deputy Principal on April 1, 2025.
However, if there is an act that is not appropriate for recruitment, you will lose your qualification as a recruitment candidate. - From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, training will be conducted as a deputy principal while conducting duties at school sites, etc., in order to acquire the necessary knowledge as a principal.
- After being hired as principal, you may be transferred to Board of Education Secretariat due to personnel changes.
※At Yokohama City Public School, the principal is called the "deputy principal."
※After recruitment, the Local Public Service Law, etc. will be applied, so engagement in for-profit companies is not permitted in principle.
It is necessary to complete procedures such as Retirement and resignation of officers by the day before the date of employment.
Salary, etc.
- Salary applies "the regulations about salary of Yokohama-shi general staff (the regulations 15th of 1951)" and decides based on his previous history.
In addition, dependent allowances, commuting allowances, term-end and diligence allowances, etc. will be paid according to the payment requirements.
If you are 45 years old ... Deputy Principal: About 470,000 yen per month, principal: About 540,000 yen per month
(The above amount is based on the salary system as of August 2023, and after graduating from university, he worked for a private company, etc., was hired as Deputy Principal on April 1, 2024, and was hired as Principal on April 1, 202compulsory education. It may vary depending on educational background, work history, school type, etc. ) - About retirement, we apply "the regulations about retirement age of general staff of Yokohama-shi (the 1983 regulations sixth)" and are the first March 31 after day when we reached 60 years old.
However, principals over the age of 60 due to the retirement age will be determined as “special appointment”, and principals from retirement to the age of 65 will be selected as “provisional reappointment” every year. In addition, working conditions such as the salary system for those aged 60 and over are different from those described above.
If the ordinance is revised, it will depend on the provisions.
