About recruitment of vice-principal support

In order to support the administrative duties of the Deputy Principal of Yokohama City School, City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat is recruiting vice-principal support as a fiscal year appointment staff.

Job description

We mainly provide support for administrative work of the deputy principal. In addition, the duties include assistance for administrative work in the staff room.
The contents are as follows.

 2.Assistance in facility management, support for coordination with parents and outsiders
 3.Assistance for accounting management
 4.Assistance for surveys and responses from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Board of Education

[Assistance for administrative work in the staff room]
 1.Thing about telephone and visitor reception desk
 2.Reception, sorting, distribution, etc. of school mail services and courier services
 3.Matters related to printing and document creation
 4.Matters related to class preparation, etc.
 5.In addition, matters related to minor duties recognized by the school principal

Human Resources and Qualifications

Applicants must be able to perform the above work and do not live in the school district of the school where they work.
  ※However, this does not apply to cases where the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat approves it.
It doesn't matter if you have a teacher's license.
Applicable to persons who do not fall under the disqualifications of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law.
In particular, we welcome those who have experience in office work and can operate basic OA equipment, such as teachers of Retirement, those who have worked at the Board of Education, private companies, and experienced PTA activities.

Status and Service

Appointed as a fiscal year appointment staff based on Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Law. Service obligations, such as duty to dedicate duties and duty to keep secrets.

Appointment period and working conditions

Appointment Period

From July 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025

Number of working days

Within 5 days a week

Working hours

Within 29 hours a week (within 7 hours a day)
※Within the above working days and working hours, the number of working days per week, the day of the week, and working hours per day will be determined after an interview with the principal.

Remuneration

Hourly wage 1,436 yen
In addition, commutation allowance will be paid.

Social insurance

If the conditions are met, join employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance employee health insurance.
