Duties
We will mainly support the administrative duties of the Deputy Principal. In addition, duties include assistance such as administrative work in the staff room.

4.Assistance for surveys and responses from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Board of Education

1.Thing about telephone and visitor reception desk
2.Reception, sorting, distribution, etc. of school mail services and courier services
3.Matters related to printing and material preparation, etc.
4.Matters related to class preparation, etc.
5.In addition, matters related to minor duties approved by the principal
Human Resources and Qualifications
Applicable to those who can perform the above work and do not live in the school district of the school where they work.
※However, this does not apply if approved by the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat.
It does not matter if you have a teacher's license.
Applicable to those who do not fall under the disqualifications of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act.
In particular, we welcome those who have experience in office work and can operate basic office automation equipment, such as Retirement teachers, those who have worked in the Board of Education, those who have worked in private companies, and those who have experience working in PTA activities.
Identity and Service
Appointed as a fiscal year appointment employee based on Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act. Service obligations, such as duty to concentrate on duties and confidentiality, are imposed.

From July 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025
Number of working days
Within 5 days a week
Working hours
Within 29 hours per week (within 7 hours per day)
※Within the above number of working days and working hours, the number of working days per week, the day of the week, and working hours per day will be determined in consultation with the principal.
Compensation
Hourly wage: 1,436 yen
In addition, the amount equivalent to commuting allowance will be paid.
Social insurance
If the conditions are met, we will join employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance.
