Agreement between Yokohama City and Showa Women's University

Agreement between Yokohama City and Showa Women's University on improving the quality of childcare and early childhood education and enhancing and developing university research education

　In April 2021, Showa Women's University established the first "Welfare Co-creation Management Course" in Japan to develop specialized management personnel such as childcare and welfare facilities (in April 2023, it became the "Professional Graduate School of Welfare and Social and Management Graduate School of Welfare Co-creation Management" due to a change in organization).
　Yokohama City and Showa Women's University concluded an agreement in November 2020, and since fiscal 2021, dispatched municipal nursery directors to the Department of Welfare Co-creation Management, and dispatched instructors from universities to training sponsored by Yokohama City.
