[For FY2022] About daily use of use charges (childcare charges) when we use childcare, educational facilities outside the city (outside garden: new coronavirus infection)

・In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, if the facilities are closed, please download "registration form (word: 30KB)" and ask the suburban facilities you are using (Please apply early in the following month when the park is closed).
・Please submit the "Admission Status registration form" filled out by the facility to Yokohama City.
※When registration form arrives, we will check with the facilities and local government from Yokohama City as necessary.

• The parents said:registration form (word: 30KB)If you have a request for entry, please check the status of attending the park and fill in the form.
• When it is filled out,Electronic application form (outside site)Or submit it to the City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau Childcare and Education Certification Section by mail. (Please submit by the middle of the following month when the park is closed.)
• If necessary, the Yokohama City will check with the facilities and local governments.

If the usage fee is changed by prorated calculation, a notification will be sent from Yokohama City to parents and suburban facilities.
Please note that refunds are different for licensed nursery schools (private) and other facilities.
①In the case of a licensed nursery school (private)
・"Delivery Notice" that describes the usage fee (childcare fee) after the change (approximately two months after notification). Example: For July, we will send you a refund notice from September to October) and a "Refund Notice" (scheduled for the month following the delivery notice) to notify you of the refund amount.
・In addition, only if the "financial institution name" column of the refund destination is blank in the refund notice, it is necessary to return the "account confirmation slip" enclosed with the refund notice.
・The amount announced in the refund notice will be refunded by bank transfer (approximately 4 months after notification).
※We do not send "refund transfer notice (notice of when and how much money will be transferred to which account)" when the refund is transferred. Please check your bank account book.

②Non-licensed nursery schools (private) (approved nursery schools (public), certified child institution, small-scale childcare business, etc.)
・Please refer to the usage fee (childcare fee) change notice for the amount of usage fee (childcare fee).
・Regarding the timing and method of refund of usage fees (childcare fees) vary depending on the facility. For details, please check with the facility (in the case of a publicly licensed nursery school, the local local government).
