• If the park is closed due to COVID-19 infection or elementary school studenｔ is affected, the usage fee (childcare fee) will be reduced according to the number of days you did not enter the park during the closing period or during the health observation period.

※We check the status of attendance at daycare centers where elementary school studenｔ attends. If you are closed due to COVID-19 infection or are affected by elementary school studenｔ, please inform the nursery school you are attending.
※If you are using childcare and educational facilities outside the city, the period for requesting self-restraint from the municipalities where childcare and educational facilities are located is the target period. For specific procedures, please see the page when you live in Yokohama City and use childcare and educational facilities outside the city.

• Calculate the "changed usage fee (childcare fee)" based on the concept of the country. The refund amount is the amount obtained by subtracting the changed usage fee (childcare fee) from the normal usage fee (childcare fee).
• Usage fee after change (childcare fee): Normal usage fee (childcare fee) x (open days-day number of days subject to daily discount) ÷ 25 (*) <rounded down to less than 10 yen>

※Based on the concept of the country, calculate with "25" regardless of month.

• If the number of absences during the target period is 0 days, it will not be prorated.
• During the target period, the usage fee (childcare fee) will be reduced if you do not actually go to the park even on days when you do not usually go to the park (eg Saturday).
• In addition, if the period from 1st to the end of the month is the period of self-restraint (all-time self-restraint), those who have not been in the park for one day will be refunded in full regardless of the above calculation. For example, if you are absent for 3 days during the target period of the 24th month, it will be [Normal usage fee (childcare fee) x 21 / 25] and will be reduced, but the number of absences during the target period will be 0 If it is a day (if you go to the park from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and public holidays), it will be the normal usage fee (childcare fee) x 24 / ÷ ÷ 25].

• Please make a report form 4 at the facility / garden regarding the prorated correspondence of 2022, and submit it from the electronic application form (from the link below to the electronic application form).
• [Request] The number of communications saying "I submitted a report but want to correct it" and "I want you to delete it because I submitted it twice" has increased very much. Please check before submitting.
• About report style 4, we sent from ward office Children and Families Support Division to each nursery school in April, 2022. • In addition, corrections for past month cannot be submitted from the electronic application form (even if submitted from the electronic application form, they will not be reflected). Please contact the ward Children and Families Support Division.
