Konan Ward 3R Video Contest

In order to raise children's interest in environmental issues, Konan Ward will hold the Konan Ward 3R Video Contest for elementary, junior high and high school students living and studying in the city to offer video works on the theme of "3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)".

From Friday, July 26, 2024 to Friday, October 11

・Elementary and junior high school students and high school students living and studying in Konan Ward (regardless of individual or group)
・The original work must be within 30 seconds with the theme of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).
・Entries are limited to one work per person.
・The work must not be submitted to other contests. Also, do not apply for other contests until the end of this contest.

（1） Please send the e-mail to the application address (kn-movie@city.yokohama.jp) by entering the following required items.

　　　(When applying as a team, please also include "team name" and "representative name (furigana)")

　　⑦　Please present the source (site used, etc.) of BGM, illustrations, photos, etc. used to create the video.
（2） The Konan Ward 3R Video Contest Secretariat will send an email with the URL for uploading the video to the email address shown in (1) 4.

The review committee will be held by the Konan Ward, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Konan Office and Konan Ward Environmental Business Promotion Committee Liaison Council.

・Winning works will be announced on this site in late November 2024.
・The applicant's information will be announced only in the name of the work.
・We will not accept any inquiries regarding the contents of the examination or any objection to the examination results.

Prize-winning works will be presented with souvenirs.

・When the applicant submits the work, it is deemed that he / she has agreed to this note.
・The copyright of the submitted work belongs to both the applicant and the organizer. The organizer and organizations authorized by the organizer shall be able to use the work free of charge for distribution on the website, YouTube, etc., as well as other public relations materials and events without the permission of the applicant. In addition, some entries may be edited (cut out of still images, duplication, editing, screening, etc.) for use.
・For video, music, audio, materials, etc. used in the submitted work, use those that do not require the processing of intellectual property rights such as copyright, or use those that have completed the necessary licensing procedure.
・Please be careful not to infringe on the right to portrait, honor, privacy, or other rights of third parties with respect to the video. If an individual can easily identify it in the work, obtain the consent of the individual or process it so that the individual cannot be identified before applying.
・Any accidents related to the submitted work or any other troubles (including legal claims such as claims for damages from persons who have intellectual property rights regarding the submitted work) shall be resolved at the responsibility and burden of the applicant, The organizer shall not be liable.
・Works that fall under or are judged to fall under the following content will be excluded from the screening without notifying the applicant.
