If your pet dies

Please consult the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Konan Office (TEL: 045-832-0135) or Totsuka Saijo (TEL: 045-864-7001) for the disposal of corpses.
If you would like individual cremation, please consult Totsuka Saijo (TEL: 045-864-7001) or a private pet funeral company.

If your dog dies, please submit a death registration form at the Konan Ward Office Health Sanitation Division window.
Notification of death is also accepted online.

・Online dog death report
　Procedures using Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site) is possible.
　User registration is required for use. After registration, please file from death report (outside site) of domestic dog.
　The dog's dog's license tag number is required for notification. Please have a document with your dog's license tag or dog's license tag number.
