Kaminagaya Ekimae Community Care Plaza, Yokohama City Kaminagaya Ekimae Community House opened on Monday, July 1, 2024, and Southern children's guidance office opened on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.

Due to the shortage of construction materials and delays in obtaining construction materials due to recent changes in social conditions, the completion period is expected to be delayed by three months. Due to the postponement of the construction period, we will continue to cause inconvenience and inconvenience to the neighbors, but we will give top priority to safety for construction, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. I will.

The opening of the facility is scheduled for July 2024.

In fiscal 2021, the Yokohama City District Center Ordinance and the Yokohama City Community Care Plaza Ordinance were partially revised at the 3rd City Counsil Regular Meeting in 2022, and the facility names were changed to Kaminagaya Ekimae Community Care Plaza and Kaminagaya Ekimae Community House.

Based on the announcement of our plan to use the former Konan Public Works Office site, we held local briefings, tours of the children's guidance office, and public opinion solicitations from January to October 2010. Furthermore, in fiscal 2020, we proceeded with the basic design of the facilities, and in March 2021, we started a round-table conference on the construction of the Konan Ward complex public facilities (tentative name) centered on the chairman of the town of Neighborhood Association in the Nagano district and welfare organizations. ※We held a meeting and discussed the implementation design of the facility, referring to the opinions received at the round-table conference as appropriate.
