What is Health Playground Equipment?

Healthy playground equipment is playground equipment that can be used by adults and that can maintain and improve motor function.
There is a park in Konan Ward with health playground equipment.

It has a slightly different shape than ordinary playground equipment and benches. Even though it looks just like a stick, it is actually a healthy playground equipment.

Precautions for Use

・Please stretch before and after using the playground equipment.
・Be careful not to exercise excessive exercise.
・Please use it according to your physical condition.
