Check the number, body number, damage status, etc., make a record, and attach a warning letter (yellow card) at the same time.
In addition, the local police confirm ownership, issue removal recommendations and removal orders as necessary, and promote voluntary removal. However, if the owner is not identified as a result of the investigation, the waste judgment committee (held by the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau beautification promotion, etc.) removes and disposes of the vehicles determined to be waste in the city.
