In fiscal 2009, Konan Ward celebrated the 40th anniversary of its constituency system, and local activities have been booming. In May 2010, we decided on a local activity support slogan "Bright Genki Himawari Konan" by open call for participants in order to further enliven such local activities and make use of them in local welfare and health activities and connections. .

In order to further promote these activities, we have created a song to support those who are doing local activities in Konan Ward. The content of the lyrics is made by using the slogans received from more than 100 people who are engaged in local activities on a daily basis, and connecting them.
The lyrics and composition are written by Konan Ward staff (at the time of production).

At present, it is spreading to elementary school choral contests, local gymnastics, drums and bon dances.
