Konan Ward celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2009, and local activities were excited. In May 2010, the local activity support slogan was decided to be "bright and cheerful sunflower konan" by open call for participants in order to further enliven these local activities and to make use of them in local welfare and health activities and connections. .

In order to further advance this activity, we wrote a song to support the local people in Konan Ward. The contents of the lyrics are made by using slogans received from more than 100 people who are engaged in local activities on a daily basis, and connecting them.
Lyrics and composition are written by Konan Ward staff (at the time of production).
