Child care infant health checkup

Infant health checkups (4 months old, 1 year and 6 month old, 3 years old) are conducted after taking measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection.
Infant health checkups are an opportunity to check the growth of your child at the milestone of growth and support child care, and it is important to have them take them at a better time.

When resuming infant health checkups, we will take three dense measures by limiting the number of people who will be consulted at one time, improve the environment, and infection prevention measures.
We ask for your cooperation in the following ways.
（１） If you find it inconvenient on the designated medical examination day, please come to the next medical examination day.
（２） From March 13, 2023 (Monday), individual judgments are the basis for wearing masks.
（３） In order to ensure that the inside of the medical examination floor does not become dense, please enter one guardian per child targeted for medical examination.
（４） If you have a cold, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
（５） Please refrain from consulting if you have a family member who has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the child targeted for the medical examination.
（６） When you come to the office, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing.
（７） Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring your filth bag.
（８） The windows in the medical examination floor are open for ventilation. Please come in a dress that can be adjusted for temperature, such as cold protection.

You can receive three free health consultations (medical examinations) free of charge using the "Medical Institution Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Consultation Card" bound in the separate Maternal and Child Health Handbook. (from 0 months to less than 13 months)
