　・This class is for those who become mothers and fathers for the first time.
　・The course is three times a month, but you can participate at any time, from any time, once alone or with your family.

　・1st time: How to spend your time during pregnancy, health of pregnant women, preparation for having a baby, etc.
　・Second time: Dentistry health during pregnancy, nutrition during pregnancy, progress of childbirth, etc.
　・3rd time: Children's first aid, child care, nursing, etc.

Please come in easy-to-move clothes for the first exercise.
