Konan Ward's mother (parents) classroom
This class is for those who become mothers and fathers for the first time.
The course is three times a month, but you can participate at any time, from any time, once, alone, or with your partner. We recommend that you take the course around 5 to 7 months when your pregnancy is stable.
◆Venue
Room No. 1 on the 3rd floor of the ward office medical examination floor
◆Contents
- 1st time: Precautions and how to spend time during pregnancy, exercises for pregnant women, preparations for having a baby, etc.
- Second time: Dentistry health during pregnancy, nutrition during pregnancy, progress of childbirth and breathing techniques, etc.
- 3rd time: Emergency of children, experiences of senior moms, child care, postpartum, breast milk, etc.

Please come in comfortable clothes for the first time.

・Reservation is required for the first 24 people each time. Pregnant women and partners need to apply each time.
・For the course of March 2024, please apply by phone.
・For courses starting in April 2024, please apply by electronic application.

At the time of registration, pregnant women and partners each Registration to the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System is required.
