First Konan Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan

In order for everyone to live a rich and fulfilling life in a familiar area, various local people, such as local residents, businesses, NPOs, etc. It is important that the government work together and work on creativity and ingenuity in line with the region. The Community Welfare and Health Plan is formulated for this community development based on Article 107 of the Social Welfare Law.
Konan Ward has formulated the first phase of the five-year plan from fiscal 2006 to fiscal 2010 with the aim of realizing a community in which everyone can be proud of as a member of the local community.
