Overview
The Konan Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan aims to realize a community where everyone can live a fulfilling life in the area where they are accustomed to living, it is necessary for more residents to participate as leaders in realizing the plan.
To that end, it is necessary to formulate a district-specific plan, share life issues such as welfare and health in more familiar areas, and create a system that utilizes human resources and various local activities to solve them. It is effective.
Konan Ward has prepared district-specific plans for each of the 15 districts of the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations. We are making efforts in each district to realize the plan.
