• Please send your comments in a sealed letter, fax, e-mail or a postcard attached to the draft booklet.

• Opinion should be reference of future plan development and community-based welfare health measure.

• Please note that we will not respond individually to your comments.

• At a later date, we will report your opinions to the Konan Ward Community Welfare and Health Promotion Council.

• The compiled materials will be published on this website.

Please attach "nickname" which is easy to remember for inhabitants of a ward, suitable for contents of the third plan!

• The nickname should be sent by sealed letter, fax, e-mail or postcard attached to the draft booklet.

• Please propose something that is self-made, unpublished, and does not violate public order and morals.

• Up to one case per applicant is limited.

• Selection of nicknames will be conducted by the Konan Ward Community Health Promotion Council.

• A commemorative gift will be given to one of the applicants who have applied for the nickname.

In plan of five years from 2016 to 2020, there is "ward plan" showing approach to problem of the whole ward and "plan according to district" showing approach to characteristic every district.

Konan Ward's 15 Union Neighborhood Associations and districts The Japan National Council of Social Welfare are currently being created by local residents.
It is scheduled to be completed in December of this year.

The Konan Ward Community Health Promotion Council is proceeding with discussions.

Established with the aim of strengthening cooperation between Konan Ward's health, medical care and welfare, and facilitating comprehensive welfare and health services in the community. This is a place to discuss the 3rd Konan Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan.

We discussed approach of the third plan, inhabitant of a ward opinion offer and fixed draft.

July 9, 2015
We discussed the third plan target plan and the contents of initiatives for each of the eight themes to achieve the targets.

May 28, 2015
We checked the reflection of the second term plan and shared the points we wanted to value in planning.

Based on the points we want to value, we discussed the basic concept of the 3rd term plan, such as following the basic philosophy of the second term plan and changing the expression to easy language while taking over eight themes.

We exchanged opinions with the aim of making a plan.

We had plan promotion study group according to district of November, 2014 and cheerful community development promotion forum participants of March, 2015 write "dreams, hope for area".
