Seiji Hirai, author of "My Town Kohoku" and a leading expert in regional studies at Kohoku Ward, will be invited to answer questions fromKohoku Ward's perspective on Kohoku regional studies.

Lecturer introduction
Mr. Seiji Hirai
Director of Okura Institute for Mental and Cultural Studies, Born in Okayama Prefecture.
The university specializes in Japanese history and joined the Okura Institute of Mental and Cultural Studies in 1987 as a part-time researcher. Learn about the history of the founder, research institute and Kohoku Ward. One of the founding members of the Kohoku Library Friends Association, the Okurayama Park Protection Association, and the Tsurumi River Boating Project, working on a wide range of local activities.

The 4th Regional Studies was attended by Mr. Seiji Hirai, director of the Okura Institute for Mental and Cultural Studies, and from the 1st Regional Studies Course to the questionnaire on theKohoku Ward.
A wide range of questions and questions were organized by theme by Mr. Hirai, and were explained (answered) with slides.
From inhabitant of a ward activity support center
Most of the participants were from Kohoku Ward and listened very interestingly. "I was able to learn about Kohoku Ward in a wide range of topics," and "I was able to learn more about the themes I was interested in, and the routes that I could go to Fukahori."
This year's Kohoku Regional Studies Course will be completed with this time. Thank you very much for everyone who participated.
