We invite Seiji Hirai, author of "My Town Kohoku" and a leading expert in regional studies in Kohoku Ward, to answer questions from participants and questions from the perspective of Kohoku regional studies on Kohoku Ward.

Instructor introduction
Mr. Seiji Hirai
Born in Okayama Prefecture, Director of the Okura Institute of Psychiatry and Culture.
The university specializes in Japanese history and joined the Okura Institute of Psychiatry in 1987 as a part-time researcher. Learn the history of the founders, research institutes, and Kohoku Ward. One of the founding members of the Kohoku Library Friendship Association, Okurayama Park Protection Association, and Tsurumi River Boat Project, working on a wide range of local activities.

The 4th Regional Studies was attended by Mr. Seiji Hirai, director of the Okura Institute for Psychiatry and Culture, and summarized what he wanted to know and question about Kohoku Ward from the 1st Regional Studies Course to the questionnaire survey of applicants, and Hirai responded.
A wide range of questions and questions were organized by theme by Mr. Hirai, and explained (answered) with slides.
From inhabitant of a ward activity support center
Most of the participants lived in Kohoku Ward and listened very interestingly. We received comments and comments that "I was able to learn about Kohoku Ward in a wide range of ways" and "I was able to learn more about interesting themes and how to study Fukahori."
This year's Kohoku Regional Studies Course will end with this time. Thank you very much for your participation.
