In this course, there are many applications from those who are interested in food, cooking, and vegetables, and everyone enthusiastically took notes about the chef's thoughts on vegetables, and cooking methods that make use of the ingredients. I was listening. In addition, Komatsuna, turnip (peach Kotobuki), carrots (orange), and cabbage prepared in the morning prepared by the chef for tasting were curious when they were lined up on the table, and while listening to the explanation of each vegetable, When I touched the taste of fresh vegetables, I heard voices "delicious" from here and there. It was a course where the chef's passion for vegetables was conveyed to the participants.
