This year's first Kohoku Regional Studies was held at "Vegetable Restaurant Saito," a space dedicated to chefs, courtesy of Chef Saito.
Chef Saito, who met fresh vegetables when he became ill due to stress during his ten years of work at the company, started with the background of opening the restaurant, and was involved in vegetables, He talked about his thoughts on producers. There was also a taste of local vegetables.

From inhabitant of a ward activity support center
In this course, there are many applications from those who are interested in food, cooking, and vegetables, and everyone will take notes on the chef's thoughts on vegetables, sticking to them, cooking methods that make use of the ingredients. I was listening. Also, when the chef prepared local vegetables such as Komatsuna, turnip (Momo Kotobuki), carrot (orange), and cabbage lined up on the table in the morning, everyone was curious, listening to the explanation of each vegetable, When I touched the taste of fresh vegetables, I heard voices saying "delicious" from here and there. It was a course where the chef's passion for vegetables was conveyed to the participants.
