The Long-term Care Insurance sites provide a variety of services, primarily home care support, home-visit care, day care, and lending of welfare equipment. A list of offices for each service is distributed at the ward office Health and Welfare Center (1st floor, 11th window Elderly and Disabled Support Section). In addition, we can confirm in Kanagawa welfare information community (homepage of (the company) Kanagawa welfare service promotion society) (outside site).
