Where can I apply for a disposable diaper?

Applications for disposable diapers used by the elderly are accepted at the ward office Elderly and Disabled Support Division and Community Care Plaza. Benefits are eligible for municipal tax-exempt households who are certified as "care recipients" in The Long-term Care Insurance and are bedridden or have dementia.
