Can my family apply for The Long-term Care Insurance?

Family members are also able to do so. What you bring is your The Long-term Care Insurance insured card (65 years old or older), employee health insurance insured card (40-64 years old), a memo showing the name of your medical institution, location, and family doctor name, patient's card Shinryo-ken, private seal.
