The 4th Kohoku Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan has been completed.

The Community Welfare and Health Plan aims to be a "town where everyone living in the area can live with peace of mind." The local community and related organizations, governments, businesses, etc. work together to solve the local issues of Health and Welfare Divisioncommunity development. Based on the provisions of Article 107 of the Social Welfare Law, it is positioned in a community-based welfare plan that each municipality is to be formulated, but in Yokohama City, to promote initiatives in both fields of welfare and health integrally, The name of the plan is "Community Welfare Health Plan". Yokohama City has a city community welfare health plan (= city plan), which is a city-wide plan, and a ward community-based welfare health plan (= ward plan) to be formulated for each ward.
