The 4th Kohoku Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan has been completed.

The Community Welfare and Health Plan aims to be a “town where everyone living in the area can live with peace of mind” and is planning to work together with local residents and related organizations, governments, businesses, etc. to solve the local Health and Welfare Division theme and promote the community development with mutual support and support. Based on the provisions of Article 107 of the Social Welfare Law, it is positioned as a community-based welfare plan to be formulated by each municipality, but in Yokohama City, in order to promote initiatives in both the fields of welfare and health in an integrated manner, The name of the plan is "Community Welfare and Health Plan". Yokohama City has a city community welfare health plan (= city plan), which is a plan for the entire city, and a ward community welfare health plan (= ward plan) formulated for each ward.
