4th term “Hitto Plan Kohoku” (Reiwa 3-Reiwa 7)
[Basic Philosophy] "Kohoku, a town where everyone can live in peace and healthily"
[Achievement] Help each other and support each other based on the principle that all inhabitants of the ward stay healthy and independent for as long as possible while creating connections with people.
We aim to be a town where people can live with peace of mind.

District planning
In Kohoku Ward, residents take the initiative in setting up district planning and promotion committees in each of the 13 districts in the United Neighborhood Associations and the Japan National Council of Social Welfare areas.
The District Planning and Promotion Committee is composed mainly of organizations and related organizations involved in local welfare and health activities such as the Union Neighborhood Associations, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, the local welfare and children's committees, and health promotion staff. In addition, support staff of ward office, ward Shakyo, community care plaza participates and works on development promotion of plan.

Formulation and Promotion Council
・1st Formulation and Promotion Meeting for FY2019 (held on August 1, 2019)
For the formulation of the 4th plan, we exchanged opinions on the outline of the plan and how to proceed in the future.
・FY2019 2nd Formulation and Promotion Meeting (held on February 26, 2020)
We reported on the contents of the study group and interviews with welfare-related organizations, and exchanged opinions on the revised outline of the plan at the time.
・2020 First Formulation and Promotion Meeting (held on September 9, 2020)
We explained the draft (draft) and exchanged opinions. We revised a part of draft (draft) based on opinion of committee.
・2nd Formulation and Promotion Meeting for FY2020 (held in writing)
We received your opinion on the draft.
・Formulation and Promotion Meeting for FY2021 (held on June 16, 2021)
We exchanged opinions about ward plan which reflected result of inhabitant of a ward opinion offer, and contents of ward plan were decided.

Purpose: In preparation for the formulation of the 4th Kohoku Ward Health and Welfare Plan "Hitto Plan Kohoku" (from fiscal 2011 to fiscal 701), we will ask for opinions on what Kohoku Ward should be in five years and the specific contents to be addressed.
