Last Updated July 31, 2024
In fiscal 2011, we formulated the Second Kohoku Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan (nicknamed "Hitt Plan Kohoku"), which aims to improve local welfare and health by combining the Kohoku Ward Office's Community Welfare Plan and the Kohoku Ward National Council of Social Welfare's Community Welfare Plan.
[Overview of the Plan]
[Basic Philosophy]
Kohoku, a town where everyone can live with peace of mind
[Three Pillars of Promotion]
Kohoku Ward's Community Welfare and Health Plan aims to connect the acronym of the three pillars of its promotion: expanding, connecting and connecting.
It was named "Hitto Plan Kohoku".
Expanding ... the leading figure expands, understanding expands
Connecting: Knowing the town, knowing people, and connecting activities
Todoku: Information and services that can be reached, that can be detected early, and that can be delivered.
"Hitto Plan Kohoku" is for inhabitants of a ward, welfare and health activity groups, businesses, and the government.
I plan to think together and make it.

Hitt Plan Kohoku consists of a district plan and a ward-wide plan formulated by local people in each of the 13 Union Neighborhood Associations and Districts Japan National Council of Social Welfare.
