In fiscal 2011, the Kohoku Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan (nicknamed "Hitto Plan Kohoku"), which aims to improve the welfare and health of the community by Kohoku Ward Office and the Kohoku Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare.

[Three Pillars of Promotion]
Kohoku Ward's Community Health and Welfare Plan is the three pillars of promotion: Expand, Connect, and Todoku.
It was named "Hitto Plan Kohoku".
Expanding: The leading figure expands, understanding is broadening
Connect ... Knowing the town, knowing people, activities are connected
To arrive ... Information and services that provide support, early detection is possible, and information services.
"Hitto Plan Kohoku" is provided by residents of the ward, welfare and health activities groups, businesses, and the government.
We plan to think and make it together.
[Construction of Plan]
Hitto Plan Kohoku consists of a district plan and a ward-wide plan formulated by the local people for each of the 13 Union Neighborhood Associations and District Japan National Council of Social Welfare.
In the district plan, we respond to issues according to the characteristics of the region, and make efforts such as supporting each other on a daily basis. In addition, ward whole plan is action plan of ward office and ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare about promotion support of district plan, approach to address common problem in each area.
