About Kohoku Hokuhoku Festa [Video distribution of inhabitant of a ward forum]

On November 2, 2023, the Health and Welfare Festival “Kohoku Hokuhoku Festa” was held for the first time in five years, and at the “Citizens' Forum” featured local activities in Kohoku Ward were introduced in the form of a symposium.
