About Kohoku Hokuhoku Festa [video distribution of inhabitant of a ward forum]

On November 2, 2023, a welfare and health festival “Kohoku Hokuhoku Festa” was held for the first time in five years. At the “Citizens' Forum”, local activities in Kohoku Ward were introduced in a symposium format with the theme of “I like this town! We are delivering a video of the day.
