Basic Philosophy for the Third Phase Plan

We aim at town where all inhabitants of a ward can help each other and live with peace of mind, based on the fact that all inhabitants of a ward can help each other and live with peace of mind.
In the third phase plan, while continuing the basic philosophy of the second phase plan, `` Kohoku, a town where everyone can live with peace of mind '', we added a new perspective of “health” and further enhance the initiatives we have accumulated so far. I will develop it.

"Hirogaru", "connected", and "todoku" are the pillars of the promotion of the plan, and "Hitto Plan Kohoku", which connects these three initials "Hi", "tsu", and "to", is nicknamed the plan.
