Phase 3 Plan

We are promoting the 3rd Kohoku Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan (nickname: "Hitto Plan Kohoku", planning period: from FY2016 to FY2012), which was newly started in April 2016.
Progress of the formulation of the Third Plan

Based on the principle that all inhabitants of a ward stay healthy and independent for as long as possible while making connections with people, we aim to be a town where we can help each other and live with peace of mind with support.
In the Third Plan, while continuing the basic philosophy of the Second Plan, “Kohoku, a town where everyone can live with peace of mind,” a new perspective of “health” was added, and the efforts we have accumulated so far were further enhanced. I will develop it.

"Hirogaru", "Connecting", and "Todoku" are the pillars of the promotion of the plan, and "Hitt Plan Kohoku", which connects these three initials "Hi", "Tsu", and "To", is nicknamed for the plan.

The Kohoku Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan consists of 13 district plans and ward-wide plans.
These are formulated integrally by sharing the basic philosophy and the pillars of the promotion of the plan, and we will promote initiatives in cooperation with each other in promoting the plan.
