About setting of abuse report window in psychiatric hospital

Due to the revision of the Mental Health and Welfare Law, abuse reports at psychiatric hospitals will become mandatory from April 2024.
In Yokohama-shi, we establish abuse report window and accept report and consultation to push forward approach of prevention of abuse in psychiatric hospital and accept report and consultation.
Date and time of establishment
9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024
Reception hours
From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays)
Target person
(1)A person who found a mentally ill person who seems to have been abused by a worker at a psychiatric hospital in Yokohama.
(2)A person who has been abused by a worker at a psychiatric hospital in Yokohama.
