Unapproved and Unlicensed Drugs in the Health Food Market

　Recently, so-called health foods can be easily purchased on the Internet and drugstores. There are many types and types, so you don't know what to buy. Such health foods can be confused by harmful, useless, exaggerated, or something different from the content label, which can often cause trouble.

　For example, even though it is not a drug, it may advertise drugs that are effective against "cancer" or "high blood pressure" or label "slim", and drugs such as depressants and appetite suppressants may be added (see table). These products are unlicensed and unlicensed drugs, and the manufacture and sale of them is a violation of the Pharmaceutical Machinery Law. Troubles of personal imports on the Internet are increasing. In the case of personal import, please note that if any trouble occurs, it will be your own responsibility and you will have to deal with it yourself. In some cases, products sold as supplements overseas contained pharmaceutical ingredients (efedrin), resulting in serious health damage, including death, overseas. Avoid easy personal imports.
