※If you have visited the Stroke / Neurospinal Center and wish to visit the dormitory, we will inform you after the tour.

• Please bring a mask on the day.
• Please note that you may not be able to visit depending on the health check on the day of the tour and the hospital situation.
• If you have applied for a tour, there is a health check from 2 weeks before the tour date to the day. If you have applied, be sure to check the contents of the following "Event Participant Health Checklist".
• On the day, print out the "Event Participant Health Checklist" and check the necessary items before bringing.

Please apply for the desired date at least 7 days before the event date.
Please note that there is a health check two weeks before the tour date.

After the application is completed, the person in charge of the tour will send an e-mail to the registered e-mail address regarding the date and time of the tour.
