Attention: Details of belongings on the day will be announced to the participants separately.
Attention: The name tag will be prepared at the hospital.

• You can participate only once in each hospital. It is not possible to apply to the same hospital multiple times.
• When participating, you must take out accident insurance in case of injury during the experience. At that time, please note that personal information such as name and age will be used. Expenses and procedures for joining will be carried out by the Human Resources Division of Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters.
• If you have long hair, please use a net or the like. (Ponytail not allowed)
• Leakage of personal information obtained during the experience is prohibited by relevant laws and regulations. The same applies after the internship.
• On the day of the event, we will check the presence or absence of fever.
• In terms of safety management, we will check the history of infectious diseases, Vaccinations, etc.

• Please bring a mask (non-woven fabric or N95) on the day.
• Please note that you may not be able to participate in the internship depending on the health check on the day of the internship and hospital conditions.
